Holly Cottage was built in the 18 hundreds.  This spacious detached cottage was renovated in the year 2000 to become a lovely family home with all home comforts.  The cottage enjoys a superb position overlooking the heart of Hutton-le-Hole, one of the most popular villages in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.  This stone built cottage has its own enclosed garden and parking area. 
Hutton le Hole is home to the famous award winning Ryedale Museum.  There are numerous craft shops, tea rooms and an excellent pub which serves good English food (all within a few minutes walk).  There is a river running through the heart of the village and there are lovely local walks.  Good roads give quick and easy access to the Moors, the Yorkshire Heritage Coast, Heartbeat Country and the Pickering Steam Railway and York. Holly Cottage Fire Place On the ground floor Holly Cottage has a spacious sitting room with a real wood/coal burning stove.
There is a separate dining room, kitchen cloakroom and hall.

The first floor has a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a large bath and separate shower.

The cottage has oil fired central heating plus electricity included in the rent, bed linen is also included, cot high chair, colour TV, video, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker toaster, microwave, garden patio with chairs and gas barbeque.  There is a phone for incoming telephone calls.  Please bring your own towels.
